Wix’s support is excellent. Extensive, coherent, prompt, easily accessible and (wait for it…) super helpful. Even while working on the builder, Wix offers you an explanation at just about every step.  And the blog is a must for anyone, Wix user or not, when it comes to news and tips in the world of Internet. The only reason they got 9.8 is that they don’t have the option for phone support or live chat, but honestly, you probably wouldn’t need it anyway.
